Why can't we grow marijuana freely? What are we going to do to change that?

If you are in the USA, any laws can be changed by the democratic process. First, folks must be elected who are WILLING to make changes that the majority of the populace want. Secondly, the majority of the American public must also WANT changes and agree with the ones YOU want, or nothing will happen.
