What are some of the more unique rules you have experienced in Adult oriented games of Truth or Dare?

Ok, guess I should lead off. My wife, her sisters and mother have a set of rules they created for their annual game during deer season. While the brother-in-law are off hunting bambi, they get three sheets to the wind and play this game. Basically they have a deck of regular playing cards and at each turn you draw a card. If you draw a Jack you must issue a Dare, If you draw a Queen you can only issue a truth question. If you get the Ace of Spades you have a one "get out of it free" bei it Truth or Dare. If You Draw a King you get to ask a "super secret question" meaning it is in writing and the persons answers you in writing and no one else gets to see what it is. If you get the only joker you get the super secret dare, where both parties exit into another room and the dare is done between them, and nobody gets to know what it was. General rules for them is nudity allowed, kissing allowed, feeling up allowed, tit touching and sucking allowed, but no penetration type sex, except when you get the super secret dare or super secret question, then no rules. Now normally it is just the four sisters, the one sister in law, and the mother who play this. Guys are generally banned from the room if any around. But since I don't hunt I have been invited to play a few times, though I've only accepted a couple of them. Any others with interesting rules to spice up the game?
