Is there anything in the Bible that restricts heterosexual acts such as bdsm?

Yes and No.

Nothing is directly said about BDSM. However a good deal is written about fornication (premarital sex), adultery and other 'no-no's'.

We can assume that as long as it is a married couple they can do what ever they want with a bit of modesty and care for where they do it.

Temple sex is forbidden, public sexual acts while not directly mentioned appear to be taboo. Nudity in public is a big no-no...

So with in the 'no-no' boundaries a lot is remains open to the couple.
