I have a pill called pilva its orange with 563 embedded on the back.Will it mess me up/or is it worthless?

Flexeril, a muscle relaxant. It works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain.
It will just relax you. Only worth a couple of dollars
