This is a touchy situation. I don't know what your sister is like but I have tried it on my sister-in-law and it backfired. She narced me to my wife. Anyhow, I would start by making light hearted hints like "if you weren't my sister I'd ......" or just come oput and ask her what she thought of brother-sister intimacy. Let me know how this works out. My sisters are too old to think about.
