Do you think it is possible that if you think about somebody excessively or fantasize or dream that would also be missing you or dreaming about you ?. I am dreaming and fantasizing about a girl for longtime. I want to know would she be doing the same?

Possibly; a friend of mine said there is someone dreaming of being with you right now as well:)
